Please allow time for processing, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
All in-stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted.
✨ Heads up: We’re out of office for Burning Man & travel. Orders placed now will ship starting 9/18. Thank you for your patience & support! ✨
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Flat Rate: $12.95 for all U.S. orders.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $250 of qualifying products (all products except for LIBRE hats) will have free shipping applied automatically.
- All orders are shipped via standard shipping with tracking provided.
Shipping Info for LIBRE Hats:
All LIBRE hats ship with a flat rate of $25 to ensure they arrive safely and in style. These wide-brimmed beauties are carefully packaged to protect their shape and craftsmanship. Please note: hats ship in a separate box from other items.

We currently do not offer international shipping, but stay tuned as we expand!

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
Edge of Ether is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Edge of Ether Return Policy
We want you to love your Edge of Ether pieces and feel radiant every time you wear them.
If for any reason your item isn’t quite right, we offer returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at contact@edgeofether.com within that window to initiate a return.
To honor the intention behind each piece and the time it takes to handcraft them, returned items must be:

Unworn and in original condition (no signs of wear, makeup, scent, etc.)

Returned in original packaging
Please note that sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
We are a small, artist-led brand creating limited-run pieces with a lot of care. Because of this, we kindly ask that you shop mindfully and avoid one-time wears or "try-ons" with the intent to return. Every return impacts our ability to sustain our craft and continue creating magic for you.

📩 How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email us at contact@edgeofether.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps.
🚚 Return Shipping

- If the defect is due to our craftsmanship, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
- If the issue is not deemed a manufacturing defect, the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
💰 Refunds & Store Credit
- Approved returns will be refunded as store credit (no expiration) for the full item value.
- In cases of significant defects, we may offer a full refund OR store credit, at our discretion.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
📌 Final Sale Items
Since our capes and accessories are handmade, all sales are final, except in cases of defect or damage.
