📦 Pre-Orders & Shipping Timeline
Edge of Ether is now open for pre-orders! ✨ All orders placed before March 15th, 2025 will begin shipping on or after March 15th in the order they were received. Please allow time for processing, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Starting March 15th, 2025, all in-stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Flat Rate: $12.95 for all U.S. orders.
- Free Shipping: Orders over $250 qualify for free shipping automatically.
- All orders are shipped via standard shipping with tracking provided.
🌎 International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping, but stay tuned as we expand!

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Edge of Ether Return Policy
At Edge of Ether, each piece is crafted with care, and we want you to love your order. Since our items are handmade in small batches, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’re here to make it right.
🔄 Return Eligibility
We will accept returns only for items that:
✔️ Arrived damaged or have a manufacturing defect.
✔️ Are unworn, with all tags in place and no signs of wear.
✔️ You contact us within 3 days of delivery.
✔️ Are shipped back within 7 days of approval.
📌 Important: Items that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted for return.
📩 How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email us at contact@edgeofether.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps.
🚚 Return Shipping

- If the defect is due to our craftsmanship, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
- If the issue is not deemed a manufacturing defect, the return may not be accepted.
💰 Refunds & Store Credit
- Approved returns will be refunded as store credit (no expiration) for the full item value.
- In cases of significant defects, we may offer a full refund OR store credit, at our discretion.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
📌 Final Sale Items
Since our capes and accessories are handmade, all sales are final, except in cases of defect or damage.
