Edge of Ether Gift Card Policy
Expiration & Validity
- Edge of Ether gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
- The expiration date is clearly stated at the time of purchase and in your email confirmation.
- Once expired, the gift card will no longer be redeemable.
Usage & Restrictions
- Gift cards can be used exclusively at Edge of Ether for any available products.
- They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as required by law.
- If a purchase total exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another accepted payment method.
- If a purchase total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases until the card expires.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards
- Please treat your gift card like cash—lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
- Edge of Ether is not responsible for unauthorized use of a gift card.
Store Credit & Returns
- If you return an item purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit or a new gift card.
- Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.
Legal Compliance
- Our gift card policy complies with Texas state law and federal gift card regulations.
